Welcome to Yoru Stories, which is owned and operated by PxP Interactive, Inc. (“PxP”, “we” or “us”). Yoru Stories is a platform that connects authors and readers by helping authors share their stories, and readers discover them; together, they can build a community that may involve monetization and other rewards.

These terms of service (which includes our Content Policy and our Privacy Policy) (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Service”) are a contract between you and PxP. By using the PxP Platform located at yoru.world, including all sub-domains and associated websites (collectively, the “Website”), the PxP mobile application(s), including iPhone and Android mobile applications (“Apps”), any and all other platforms on which content is accessed, published, or distributed, and all associated services, features, or content made available through any of the foregoing (“Services”) (together, the “Platform”), you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service.

If you don’t agree to any of these terms, you can’t use the PxP Services.

Definitions

• Content: any audio, video, text, data, images or other material you choose to display on this Service.
• Author: a registered user with a designated “Creator” status for the purpose of delivering content to other Users.
• Fan: any user who consumes Content or supports their favorite Creator through PxP.
• User: any user of the service (”you”, or “your”).
• Stardust or Dust: in-app-currency available for purchase used to tip, access Paid Content (as defined in the Content Policy) and subscribe to Authors on the PxP Platform. Dust has no “real-world” value but may be exchanged for Works; provided, that such Works are not purchased by you, but rather are licensed to you under these Terms.
• Device: any device that can assess the Service, such as a computer, cellphone or digital tablet.
• Service: refers to the Website, Platform and Apps.

General

Changes

PxP’s User Terms of Service may change at any time; provided that PxP will notify you on the site or through sending you an email. Your continued use of PxP after any changes means that you accept all such changes and agree to be bound by the new User Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the changes, you will need to immediately close your account and/or discontinue your use of the services.

Age

In order to register and use the service, you must be at least 13 years old. You must be 18 or older to become a paid creator eligible for payouts from the platform.
